Thanks for asking for a sample of the work from
PLR-Health-Wizard. I am happy to be able to give you a quick

If you aren't sure about LSI terms there is an explanation at
The IM Learning Center that should help.

What are Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety disorders are psychological and emotional conditions
that impact the daily lives of several thousand people each and
every day. They range from feelings of uneasiness to
immobilizing bouts of terror. The study of emotional health
and well-being is extensive and includes the study and treatment of
anxiety disorders.
But there are more than one anxiety disorders. So what are
anxiety disorders and how do they affect the lives of the people
who suffer from them?
The most common is the generalized anxiety disorder. Most
people experience anxiety at some point in their lives and some
nervousness but a generalized anxiety disorder doesn’t disappear,
is unwarranted and the feelings can impact everyday
activities. These feelings include chronic or exaggerated
worry, tension, irritability without cause, restlessness, trouble
falling or staying asleep, headaches, muscle tension or
sweating.
The diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder is usually made
after a person has spent about six months worried about everyday
problems. Anxiety that is incapacitating or has more
troublesome symptoms can be diagnosed earlier. And thankfully
it is also the most treatable of all mental disorders. Some
of the treatments that are used include cognitive behavioral
therapy, relaxation techniques and biofeedback. Medication,
such as benzodiazepines, may be required in some cases.

Iron Deficiency and Panic Attacks
Panic attacks are a form of an anxiety disorder in which the
person exhibits a specific set of symptoms. There are
differences between anxiety attacks and panic attacks that involve
the length and intensity of the symptoms. People who suffer
from anxiety attacks find that the symptoms come on more slowly
than with panic attacks and the symptoms in anxiety attacks last
longer than those in people suffering from panic attacks.
Research from the Mayo Clinic believe that between 10 and 20% of
US citizens will have a panic attack at some point in their
lives.
A panic attack happens with the natural flight or fight reaction
kicks in at the wrong time. This is an involuntary
physiological response that happens when the body is preparing to
deal with an emergency or dangerous situation. When stress
causes an increase in adrenaline it will cause the body to increase
metabolism to quickly produce energy. The muscles become more
tense, heart beat and breathing accelerate and the blood
composition actually changes slightly.
At times outside of a dangerous situation these symptoms can be
frightening and distressing. A person experiencing these
symptoms can find that thinking clearly is nearly impossible.
